  3D Forge CAD: Assembly modeling

Assembly modeling and Analysis

The most complex mechanical assembly begins as a collection of individual parts. Combining these parts with all of the appropriate fit tolerances and constraints is what makes those parts work together. Beginning from the base idea, 3D Forge CAD will use top-down design methods to create the components parts, then will model the final assembly. We will fully check your assembly for interferences and collisions and can pinpoint potential problems -before- you spend the time and effort to build physical prototypes. No more building interlocking parts just to find that they don't fit when the prototypes come in. If concerns are identified, we can implement design changes immediately. 3D Forge CAD will then produce the assembly drawings and documents for your production lines or end-user operators manuals. Your assembly prototypes will be as accurate as they can be... the first time.
