Privacy
Work contracted to and ideas communicated to 3D Forge CAD are never shared with any
outside entity, person, or company (including vendors and subcontractors) without the express
permission of our client. All design files and materials, including physical samples and
prototypes, are held in the strictest confidence and under lock and key. A standard bi-directional
NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement) will be executed before the commencement of work.
Intellectual Property
All ideas, concepts, drawings, renderings, and any other design outputs for a given contracted
project, and any invention, copyright, patent, or product related thereto, are, and will remain,
the exclusive personal and legal property of our client upon completion of a project contract.
3D Forge CAD makes no claim of ownership, copyright, royalty, or any other encumbrance against
any intellectual property associated with or generated by contracted work we do for you.
Liability
As 3D Forge CAD Services makes no claim of ownership to any ideas or products related to contracted work,
neither can we assume liability or accountability for any property damage or personal injury
arising from work contracted to us. All legal and safety concerns relating to contracted work,
including copyright, patent, consumer safety, regulatory issues, or agency testing, are the exclusive
responsibility of the client, unless specifically noted otherwise in writing in our Service Agreement.
3D Forge CAD Services can make no express or implied warranty of feasibility, merchantability, or
fitness for a particular purpose or business need. All work contracted to 3D Forge CAD Services is
begun with this policy understood and fully agreed to.
